1. Who's collecting your data

2. What we actually collect
Your name, email, and whatever you type into our forms — workshop waitlist, Girls Edition waitlist, Parent / Gift waitlist, Career Call booking. Plus basic site analytics (pages visited, rough location, device type) and cookies (see /cookies).
3. Who else touches it
Lovable (site hosting), Supabase (database), iClosed (Career Call booking), and whatever email tool sends you updates. If we add or swap any of these, this page updates.
4. Why we're allowed to collect it
You gave us consent by typing it into a form and hitting submit. That's the legal basis.
5. If you're outside the US
We're a US company, so your data crosses borders to get to us. Standard cross-border transfer terms apply — if you're in the EU / UK, that's covered under standard contractual clauses with our processors.
6. How long we keep it
As long as we need it for the reason you gave it — waitlist updates, workshop admin, tax records. When it's not needed, we delete it.
7. What you can do about it
See it, fix it, delete it, port it out, or tell us to stop. Email mgmt@blackswanventuresgroup.com and we'll handle it.
