REFUND POLICY

No refunds are issued for ZoomerStart workshop tickets.

Seats are transferable to the next scheduled cohort in the same city if cancellation is requested more than 14 days before the event start date.

To arrange a transfer, contact support@zoomerstart.com within 48 hours of purchase.

In the event a workshop is cancelled due to insufficient attendance (minimum 10 participants), all ticket holders receive a full refund within 5 business days, or guaranteed priority placement in the next cohort.

Plätze können auf die nächste geplante Kohorte in derselben Stadt übertragen werden, wenn die Stornierung mehr als 14 Tage vor Veranstaltungsbeginn beantragt wird.

Für einen Transfer kontaktieren Sie uns innerhalb von 48 Stunden nach dem Kauf unter support@zoomerstart.com.

Falls ein Workshop wegen unzureichender Teilnehmerzahl (Minimum 10 Personen) abgesagt wird, erhalten alle Ticketinhaber innerhalb von 5 Werktagen eine vollständige Rückerstattung oder einen garantierten Vorzugsplatz in der nächsten Kohorte.
