THE PLAIN VERSION

1. The deal

Signing up for the waitlist, booking a Career Call, or buying a workshop ticket means you agree to these terms. If you don't, don't use the site.

2. What ZoomerStart actually is

A 3-day in-person career and business workshop, plus a rotating tour of stops, a curriculum, live coaching, and a free 15-minute Career Call. That's it. It's not a job placement service, not a university, not a coaching subscription.

3. Money

Ticket pricing is shown in the local currency of each workshop stop. Payment is due at checkout for paid tickets. Being on the waitlist is not a purchase and does not reserve a seat — a seat is confirmed only after a paid ticket is issued.

4. Who owns what

Black Swan Ventures Group LLC owns the ZoomerStart curriculum, brand, site content, templates, and materials. You can use everything you learn in your own career and business — that's the whole point. You cannot record, repackage, or resell the workshop or its materials.

5. Real talk on results

The workshop teaches real skills and can open real doors. It cannot guarantee you a job, a client, a specific salary, or any specific outcome. Your results depend on your fit, your market, and what you actually do after Day 3.

6. If something goes wrong

Black Swan Ventures Group LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or attendance at the workshop. Total liability is capped at the amount you paid for your ticket.

7. Refunds

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.

9. Disputes

Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration seated in Wyoming, unless a small-claims court in Wyoming has jurisdiction. Class actions are waived.

10. We can update this

We can update these terms. Material changes will be flagged on this page with a new date. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the updated terms.
